Amid recent controversies that have affected their family, Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna are overwhelmed with gratitude as they celebrate the first birthday of their youngest child Thia Marceline.
The celebrity mom made a birthday greeting to Thia, also fondly called Mochi, while also showing photos from their family shoot via her Instagram page on Thursday, Jan. 23.

Vic has been embroiled in an ongoing legal battle with filmmaker Darryl Yap, whom the veteran TV host sued for cyber libel. Vic lodged the complaint after his name was mentioned as an alleged rapist of the late 1980s sexy star Pepsi Paloma in the teaser of Yap’s upcoming film.

Vic and Yap faced each other in the court for the first time last Jan. 17 during the hearing of the former’s petition for the writ of habeas data.
